Atty. Tan obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management from San Beda University – College of Arts & Sciences graduating Cum Laude in 2018. She was an intern in the Legal Department of the House of Representatives in 2017. Atty. Tan likewise received her Juris Doctor from San Beda University in 2022 and ranked 21st of her batch. She was admitted to the bar in 2023.

In law school, she was the Vice Chairperson of the San Beda Law Bar Operations Academics Committee for Commercial Law Subject. She was assigned to work closely with the different Subject Heads to produce comprehensive and high quality bar materials. She was also the Vice President for External Affairs of San Beda Clinical Legal Education Program of 2022.
