Atty. Malong has been in the practice of law since 2000 and handles the highly specialized fields of immigration, intellectual property law, products registration and procurement of various licenses with the Food and Drug Administration and insurance matters. He completed his Juris Doctor (J.D.) Degree and graduated from the Ateneo De Manila University – School of Law.

With his work experience in one of the leading insurance companies of the Philippines, the Philippine American Life and General Insurance Company, Atty. Malong's insurance counseling is much sought after. His exposure to foreign clients and multi-national companies operating in the Philippines has also enhanced his immigration practice. This has also made him adept in the procurement of various licenses with the Food and Drug Administration for multi-national companies who are selling consumer products including the application and revalidation of their License to Operate and the application, revision and renewal of their Certificate of Product Registration. His intellectual property practice covers trademark, patent, and copyright registration and enforcement.

Atty. Malong has also been exposed to the various facets of appellate practice including legal research and writing when he served as a Court Attorney with the Supreme Court of the Philippines. He has also conducted lectures for multinational clients on immigration and labor laws.
