Atty. Abes, as a legal practitioner since 2000, is our lead counsel in criminal and civil litigation, corporate practice, real estate, and labor and employment. He obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) Degree from the Ateneo De Manila University - School of Law. He is a Law Professor at the Far Eastern University – Institute of Law (Makati Campus) for Remedial Law Review (Criminal Procedure, Special Procedure, Evidence, etc.), from 2021 to present.

Prior to establishing the firm, Atty. Abes was a senior associate at the Platon Martinez Flores San Pedro and Leano Law Office. His practice in civil litigation includes matters involving product liability, consumer protection laws, real estate law, foreclosures, writs of possession, and collection of sum of money with provisional remedies such as preliminary attachment. He has handled numerous accounts with major banking institutions as clients. Family law has also been a notable field of his practice.

He also has an extensive corporate practice. He is the corporate secretary of a number of companies in various fields of industry such as trading, distribution, advertising, printing, and graphics design.

Atty. Abes has also distinguished himself as an effective labor and employment counsel. He has broad experience in advising multinational and local companies in the nuances of labor law. Notably, he has extensive experience in handling strikes, collective bargaining, labor issues arising from hiring and termination of employees, closure of business, compensation and other benefits. He has even conducted various seminars to managerial staff and other lay persons regarding significant labor concerns.
